Shower steamers with menthol crystals, camphor, eucalyptus, menthol, and rosemary are one of my go-to natural remedies for colds, stuffy nose, headache and respiratory problems. When inhaled, this blend has a soothing and decongestant effect on the sinuses and airways. When used properly, they can be used more than once, depending on how much water it comes in contact with.

Sinus Blend Shower Steamers with Menthol
Baking soda, citric acid, menthol crystals, coconut oil, fragrance.
- Before use, let warm water run for several minutes to moisturise the air.
- It’s best to place the DIY shower steamers away from running water and the drain. Ideally, only the bottom of the tablets should be wet. You can also put a shower melt in a soap dish.
- Breathe in deeply as the essential oils vaporise into the air, and enjoy the aromatherapy.
- Shower steamers are meant to be used in the shower, not in the bath tub. Do not let it come in direct contact with skin.
